Shawn and Cassidy Marshall
Established June-28th-2008

So I have known for a while but I wanted to wait until we heard the heart beat just to be safe. I am 12 weeks along so far. We heard the small, very fast heart beat yesterday night at my appointment! I have not been sick at all- just heart burn and stuff but nothing bad at all. I feel very lucky, no throwing up for me! so my due date is either the very end of May or the First of June; I'm hoping for June because it is my favorite month. we are very excited and it all does not seem real yet- I really don't feel pregnant at all, or look it yet. we are going to be parents!!!! Crazy I'm stoked!
so that is what has been new with us lately- sorry for keeping the secret for so long we just wanted to make something was cooking in there. yeah!

you cant really tell but my stomach is poking out- to me I'm huge already.

Shawn took me to one of my first official concerts for my birthday. it was Ryan Shupe and the rubber band - band- they play crazy rock n roll folk music-Shupe plays the electric fiddle and there is a banjo, mandolin, bass guitar, and drums its awesome. plus they have some pretty fun dance moves! you can u tube them there famous song is "Dream Big". any who it was fun- freezing but fun( the Show was outside at the Tuacahin theater).

(Marshall My little Brother and Zeze my Niece)
We just went to my parents house and had some Ice Cream and my Moms yummy homemade brownies! just family and some friends.

Olivia and Alexa digging in the Brownies- Olivia was dressed up in her princess outfit because she wanted it to be her birthday but she settled for a princess costume.

Shawn LOVED the job of scooping ice cream!

my Yummy Brownies~

Sneaky Shawn- me and Zeze look good !

Britni (my oldest Sister, Olivia her oldest Daughter and my Uncle Johnny)

I don't really like caramel apples but I like taking pictures of them- the caramel so cool looking as it oozes down the green apples.

my cousin carved this pumpkin-creative right? disturbing too hahah

my nieces are so cute! Zeze was tinkerbell- she was only interested in her blue sucker though and hated her hair being in a bun- but she is oh so cute.

Olivia was the perfect Indian- she was adorable in her two braids and her green feather that stuck straight out of her hair. she was Pocahontas to be exact as she kept reminding me- she would even say windgaopo or whatever she says meaning "hello" it s pretty cute.

more scary pumpkins! so Shawn and I just hung out with my family- no cool parties or anything- we watched twilight because its a halloween ish movie thats not really scary (I hate Scary Movies with a passion) so ya thats what we did- lame

he is such an old man. # 27
we just had homemade pizza and Ice Cream pie at my parents house, a small little get together. He got random presents from my fam- and a new Camera from mum ( I accidentally broke our old one at the sand dunes a month ago)-

Also I forgot to mention we went to Vegas to a UTE'S game with Shawns brother Ed and his wife keli and their oh so cute daughter Mackenzie. we had not seen them forever so it was good to catch up. Mack is getting so big she is 8 Mnths now! wow time flys any who Thanks Ed and Keli for taking us to the game and thanks Keli for having such a cool cousin who let us crash at her house. we went out to a buffet the next morning and i have never felt so stuffed thanks again Ed and Keli for the awesome food! - No pictures because I broke our old camera and we didn't get the new one yet -(p.s Thanks Margie we love the Camera!)

Shawn worked in the food court at Costco (not his favorite, but hey he got paid bank for it so we cant really complain) -anywho now he has officially switched to working as a stocker! he is so excited to get away from hot dogs and pizza for a change. also everyone says its easier to move up when you are a stocker than if you worked in the food court-so maybe things will start to happen who knows!
Im still working at Roberts craft and I'm DREADING the holidays-people go crazy over sales and the cricut and all this crap!!!!!ahhhhh. people are grumpy if they dont get their sale. oh I cant wait till I can be a stay at home mom -not that it will be easy but it will be worth all this work. so thats what we have been up to, workin, workin, and workin.
Shawn and I decided to take a break for a bit from our boring lives and go camping. we went to redcliffs (down the street from our house) and Oak grove 40 min. away from st. George. we also went around town to silver reef and went to a weird museum with cool statues outside. there are a lot of historical stuff around town if you look. silver reef was an old mining town and has alot of cool history-ya we are geeks we love that kind of stuff.

so this Statue is my favorite- I love owls, I love how they made the eyes Yellow-sorta creepy but cool!

Shawn loves posing- these were some of the crazy statues outside the muesum

A ruin of sandstone. probably use to be a church or a school because it was so long and tall. Shawn thought it was neat and want to attempt to climb it but sandstone crumbles so he decided against it.

these are the doors to the museum, they were interesting. they locked from the outside- I think they got it backwards.

the Trees where we were hiking were huge! -almost like redwoods but for the deserts.

Pretty sunflower- they were growing all along the road!

moon flower -reminds me of when I hiked Havasupi in 06 man that was a good time.

Quail Lake- Pretty from a far but smelly close up -yuck, fish and seaweed and slime.

cool rock we saw on the way to our campsite, it looks as though the sandstone melted but slowly, melting into a mushed rock. there are so many layers its crazy looking.

Shawn and I went camping for a weekend just down the road from our house - (a quick get away). the weather was perfect, its just starting to get cool at night-plus we camped be a riverbed and the cool night breeze made us never want to leave. this is our campsite-Shawn can never be normal in a picture hahha.

we went hiking and this was our view from the top- for the desert I think it is pretty.

cooking outdoors- one of our favorite things to do! I love bacon and eggs while camping-

Cheesing it- one good picture of us-

we also went hiking in Oak groove 4o mins away from st. George and it was beautiful! the water was so freezing but so clear and awesome.
